Men of Change Exhibit at
Ron Brown
School Based Project Lead
I collaborated with the Smithsonian Anacostia Community Museum to take history out of the museum and into the streets of my school community.
​
Visit the traveling Men of Change exhibit in Deanwood until May 31, 2021. The project features eight exhibits and a student created podcast you can download on Apple, Sound Cloud, and Spotify.

National Day of Black Joy Graduation Party
Project Lead
On Thursday, May 27 Color of Change will host a National Day of Black Joy! In D.C., CoC partnered with me and Ron Brown to plan a graduation party for our seniors. Graduation is our reason and so it is time to celebrate!

This event is a surprise for my students, and so check back next week to find out more about the details. All RBHS family is welcome!
The event is at Ron Brown 4800 Meade Street NE Washington, D.C. from 1-4 PM!
